RTI Technical problem due to Typhoon Fanapi

From radio Taiwan International website ....
On September 19, our regular broadcast to Southeast Asia on 15320 KHz was briefly suspended from 0306 to 0309 UTC due to the technical problem caused by Typhoon Fanapi. We apologize for the inconvenience.
